Based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire our services cover Hertfordshire offering both online and in person sessions, current team members live both in and outside of Hertfordshire and commute to our head office for meetings, development sessions and client sessions.
Our team is made up of employed Counsellors and Operations roles, Counsellors in Training on placement with TRCIC and volunteers.

Volunteer Roles
We welcome volunteers with lived experience of sexual, domestic or relational trauma who are at a stage in their own recovery where they want and are able to use their lived expertise to support others.

Counselling Placements
We welcome final year (level 4 or 5) Counsellors with lived experience of sexual, domestic or relational trauma to join our Counsellor in Training team. The placement is 12 months and Counsellors in Training are offered mentoring, clinical and case supervision and other development opportunities.
